By submitting the order form you become a party to an agreement between You (the “Customer”) and CuteEssay.com (the “Company”).

Customer confirms that all fields of submitted form are correctly filled in and there is no need in any additional requirements or specifications from Customer’s side. Otherwise Customer is responsible to send all additional materials to Company via e-mail.  Company is not responsible for any technical delays or problems with delivery concerned to Customer’s Internet service provider or mail server.
Any additional instructions or specifications sent by Customer should be clearly attributable to the specific order (this can be achieved by referring to the order’s ID assigned when 2Checkout.com processes Customer’s payment) and it is the responsibility of the Customer to notify the Company that additional materials/instructions will be sent separately (this can be done by corresponding statement in the order form).

Company is not responsible for any mistakes or inaccuracy in the order form submitted by Customer.

Company is responsible for providing Customer with a paper which soundly meets all requirements, instructions, specifications and deadline defined in the submitted order form. All papers are sent by e-mail specified in the order form.
In case when the paper soundly does not meet specified requirements Company is responsible to provide a free revision(s) within reasonable time period. Revisions are due within the terms specified in the order form (10 days after deadline by default). Company will not consider any revision requests after 10 days from delivery date or deadline (which is the latest). If customer clearly and in advance expresses the need to extend revision terms the Company may agree to do so, but Company will not provide free revision(s) after 31 days from delivery date or deadline (which is later). Revision does not imply any changes in the order form and order specifications. If Customer changes any specifications Company reserves the right to request payment for such service or reject Customer’s request as unreasonable.  

Company does not encourage cheating and plagiarism in any forms.  Company provides Customer with paper which is subject to subsequent research and additional work. Company is not responsible for the grade received by Customer for submitted paper. The risk of failing the paper, completed by the Company, or risk of failure of academic course and any other foreseeable risks completely belong to the Customer.
Customer agrees not to claim any damages or other types of remedies from Company, which are directly or indirectly related to Company's services.

Since our papers are subject to facile reproducing and copying Company provides no refunds once concrete labor was applied. Company keeps the right to refuse in completing the order in the case when there is no suitable writer available at the moment, there are not enough sources available or any other good reason. In this case Company is responsible to make a complete refund to the Customer with our apologies. As a rule our management team responds to all new orders and if we can complete the order we send a confirmation to the client as soon as possible (ASAP). If we can not complete the order for some reason we inform you ASAP (in few hours as a rule).
Company respects Customers privacy and will not disclose any personal information without Customers’ permission and consent.
